SHIPPING
All flags are free shipping by USPS Fist Class Mail to all 50 states and other merchandises shipped by USPS standard shipping or FEDEX Ground. Rush delivery (2nd Day air, Next Day Air) will be provided upon request by customers and extra charge will apply.
International shipping and Canada: Please email us with your selection and address, we will respond with shipping methods and costs.
We will discount any combined shipping. Contact us with your selection and address, we will send you a discount code.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may return or exchange any unused flags and products purchased from us within 10 days of receipt. All returns and exchanges must be in the undamaged original packaging.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer however, we will reimburse you if the item is being returned or exchanged due to our mistake.
There will be no restocking fee like other online stores as long as returned items arrive back at our premise undamaged in original packaging. However, there will be $4.99 fee/deduction from your refund on all returned undamaged flags because of shipping cost when the flag is shipped to you.
If the items arrive damaged, we will require digital proof/pictures for insurance/claim purposes and we will arrange a replacement for the same product.
Refund/Credit will be issued after returned merchandise received by us with all applied fees.
